SEA Bridge Signs MoU with Tarumanagara Foundation and UNTAR to Expand Cross-Border Collaboration in Indonesia

SEA Bridge signs MoU with Universitas Tarumanagara (UNTAR) and Tarumanagara Foundation to launch Indonesia Bridge—marking its first academic partner in Indonesia and expanding cross-border talent collaboration across ASEAN.

Jakarta, August 19, 2025 – SEA Bridge, a regional venture builder and talent platform based in Thailand, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tarumanagara Foundation and Universitas Tarumanagara (UNTAR)—marking its first official university partner in Indonesia and a strategic step toward deepening cross-border entrepreneurship, education, and innovation collaboration across ASEAN.

The MoU was signed during the Thailand–Indonesia Bridge Forum 2025, held at the Royal Thai Embassy in Jakarta, with the presence and endorsement of H.E. Prapan Disyatat, Ambassador of Thailand to Indonesia. The ceremony was also attended by President of Thai Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (ThaiCham Indo), and Chair of Thailand and Laos Bilateral Committee at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN).

A New Chapter in Thai–Indonesian Relations

This partnership comes at a significant moment—commemorating 75 years of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Indonesia. Beyond formal ties, the collaboration aims to build bridges of talent and entrepreneurship across borders, starting with the youth.

“This partnership is more than symbolic—it is a practical bridge between Thai and Indonesian talent and businesses. Our goal is to co-create opportunities, build ventures, and scale trust through real collaboration on the ground,”
Mr. Kasper-Tanakrit Sermsuksan, Founder, SEA Bridge
“The partnership with SEA Bridge marks a meaningful beginning for our students and youth. As one of Indonesia’s most established foundations in education and healthcare, we are proud to support a generation of global-minded, entrepreneurial talent,”
Prof. Dr. Ariawan Gunadi, S.H., M.H., Chairman, Tarumanagara Foundation
“This is a fitting tribute to 75 years of diplomatic ties. When education and business work together to empower youth, it lays a solid foundation for the future of ASEAN,”
H.E. Prapan Disyatat, Ambassador of Thailand to Indonesia
