My biggest takeaway was learning how to translate theoretical knowledge into practical impact. Presenting to the real clients taught me that clarity and confidence are as important as the idea itself. Each client interaction revealed that the best business solutions are not just about strategies - they are about understanding people, cultures, market trends and real-world constraints across the world.
My biggest transformation happened when I stopped seeing cultural differences as barriers and started viewing them as bridges. Working in diverse teams across Southeast Asian countries showed me that my adaptability was far greater than I imagined. The REMT program revealed that my true strength lies not just in what I know, but in how quickly I can learn and connect with others.
My vision for ASEAN's future is a region where digital innovation fosters economic growth while respecting our cultural diversity. I see ASEAN as a place of strong cooperation in trade, technology, education, and sustainable development, offering opportunities for all. By focusing on human capital development and reducing development gaps, we may create a balanced, inclusive growth model that values both progress and tradition.
Step boldly into new worlds and let growth find you.
